Through coaching, we help people to connect with their unique strengths, passion and values; to overcome negative inner-dialogue; and ultimately to live and work with purpose. Our coaching experience includes coaching individuals, groups and teams; coaching senior female leaders; and transition coaching. At the urban spark, we are all former ‘in-house’ coaches. We love sharing our experience with anyone in this challenging role and those building coaching capability within their organisation.

Caroline trained as a coach nine years ago and, since then, has had the privilege of working with hundreds of people toward their career and life goals. Building on in excess of 1,000 coaching hours, Caroline believes in the power of coaching to bring about clarity and to make aspirations a reality. She enjoys working with creative and ambitious people, using strengths-based approaches and her clients are many and various, including business leaders, teachers and entrepreneurs. As a coach, Caroline’s clients often describe her as goal-oriented, intuitive and pragmatic.
Our clients include financial and professional services, media, retail, education and not for-profit organisations. Although we are UK-based, we work with clients around the world.
